Shola Oshodi-John is a distinguished legal professional and ADR practitioner with over three and a half decades of experience as a qualified attorney. Her career spans legal practice, organizational development, management administration, and human resource management.
She previously served as the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb), Nigeria's premier arbitration institute — a role that underscored her standing in the alternative dispute resolution community.
Her credentials reflect a rare combination of legal depth and executive leadership: she holds a Master's in Public Policy & Management (MPPM) and is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (FCArb) — the highest membership grade awarded to practitioners who have made substantial contributions to the field.
